The Future Leaders Fellowship Program selects and supports passionate students who have both exceptional promise and demonstrated accomplishments, most importantly the drive to create a positive social dent in the society. Throughout the fellowship, we will work with you to identify the social action projects that you are passionate about, connect you with leaders in the field, and provide leadership and coaching for you to start your leadership journey early in your formative years. Once you’ve outlined a vision for how your community can improve, we’ll work with you to make that vision a reality. Yes! On your return, together, we will bring to the world’s attention, and help you realize YOUR VISION!

This introductory course helps you identify and make progress on a leadership challenge, be it in your life, your team, or your community. For that very reason, this course has been developed to be an active journey of self-reflection that enables young leaders to find their leadership passion and execute it in the best way possible. Using the tools and techniques of Adaptive Leadership (a practical framework originated from Harvard University), you will be able to develop a social action project that holds a special place in your life, and will also get the chance to reflect on your priorities and the type of change you want to make, regardless of where you want to be and what you want to do in life.
